Verifying Your s2chance Account Identity
Account verification is how we protect your balance from unauthorized access and keep payouts moving to the right person. You'll upload a government-issued photo ID — a driver's license or passport — and confirm your address with a recent bank statement or utility bill. If your deposit and withdrawal methods are PayPal or Venmo, we may cross-reference the name on those accounts
to your submitted ID. Verification usually gets reviewed in the order it comes in; you can check the status anytime under Account Settings. Skipping verification doesn't block deposits, but it does hold withdrawals until the check is complete — so it's worth doing early.
- Submit a Photo ID — Upload a clear image of your driver's license or passport from your phone camera. Both sides may be required for a driver's license.
- Confirm Your Address — Attach a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your name and current address. The document needs to be dated within the last 90 days.
- Link Your Payment Identity — If you use PayPal or Venmo, the account name on that wallet must match the name on your ID. Mismatches create a manual review step.
- Check Verification Status — Log into your account, go to Account Settings, and look under Verification. Status updates as our team reviews each submitted document.
